What is the Sales Talent Academy?
The Sales Talent Academy is a program in EMC aimed at graduates from a number of selected countries across EMEA who attend an intensive boot camp for a period of 5 months, ingraining them with EMC DNA to turn them into high achieving Sales Reps and Partner Sales Reps for the SMB, mid-market and channels.
This will allow you to lean in a classroom / practical environment the skills necessary to be one of EMC’s best sales persons.
What are the entry requirements?
Passionate about Sales and achieving excellence in everything you do
2 to 3 years experience in sales with a quality brand
Highly self-motivated to generate pipelines of opportunities and work them through partners
Partner/Reseller experience communication
Motivated by being a team player with a common goal
Influencing skills
Ability to adapt to frequent change and work in a high pressure environment
Ability to work hard, smart and go outside your comfort zone
Warm, friendly and engaging personality
Strong sense of responsibility and desire to get things done proactively
Prepared to challenge if something is not right
Fluency in English
Must have completed all academic involvement (Exams, Masters, Reports and Thesis support)
No participation directly or indirectly to any other activities. Candidate needs to be ready to devote his full time to EMC.
