| IT Department, IT Help Desk (computer support of 1000 employees) is currently looking for
IT Help Consultant
Is responsible for daily IT operations. Work at the 1st line of IT Help Desk: Windows software and hardware support.
Requirements:
• higher education (technical is preferable);
• good knowledge of conversational and technical English;
• professional knowledge of Windows 9x, Windows2000 Pro;
• “advanced user” of MS Office products (mainly Word, Excel);
• “advanced user” of hardware;
• basic knowledge of networking technologies;
• ability to work under pressure;
• good communication skills
